This gallery exhibits the extensive custom remodel work we did for an early 1900s Portland, Oregon, craftsman home. The structure was gutted and elevated to excavate the lower level. We teamed with the general contractor to complete rough framing and all interior work including custom closets and built-ins, soffits, doors, windows, flooring, stairs, finish carpentry, custom kitchen and bathrooms, front and back porches. The final results of this unique remodel remain loyal to its original craftsman design while exhibiting elegant nods to modernity.
